One of my favorite items is the Aunt items. My middle sister would love something like this and will probably get one for her birthday. :) I haven't seen any other sites that have any products for the proud aunts jewelry wise. :)
On your mommy bracelets page your subcategory pictures are running off your template ;)
I LOVE the "Show off Mom" keychain. I think an option for an additional picture frame might be a good idea in case the customer wants to do single pics of their kids and has more than 2 (like me! lol).
Girls Bracelets - "Sweetheart is by far my fav beside the name bracelets. Those heart beads are so sweet
I would suggest a link or section of your site with all of your bead options (pictures a must)

My favorite keychain is the one called "Tagged". I would love to have a tag that says "Mama" since that's what my little ones call me. I would also love to see some items that are specific to multiples. I have a 3 year old and 21 month old twins and would like to find something that represents all of them. And someday I will have a "silver and gold" mommy bracelet! I've been admiring it for months!! I love all of your pieces. They are just beautiful!
